We want to share an important service update regarding our PSA Submission Center at CardsHQ, and we want to make sure you hear it directly from us.

PSA has temporarily paused new submissions for the following service tiers industry-wide:

• Value
• Value Bulk
• Value Plus
• Value Max

This pause is a direct result of an unprecedented surge in demand. PSA's active backlog is approaching 10 million cards, and this step is being taken to protect the integrity and turnaround times of existing orders already in the queue.

Our Submission Center Remains Open

The good news: our submission center remains open and ready to serve you. The following service levels are still available through CardsHQ:

• Regular
• Express
• Super Express
• Walk-Through+

A Note on Turnaround Times

PSA has also temporarily extended turnaround times across active service levels as they work through their backlog. We know that's not what anyone wants to hear, but we believe transparency is the best way to support you in planning your submissions.

What Happens Next

As soon as we receive any updates on when the paused services will resume - or any other changes from PSA - you'll be the first to know. We're actively monitoring the situation and will communicate the moment anything changes.
