PSA has officially moved into CardsHQ to open a full-time, PSA-staffed Submission Center for collectors. You can now drop off your cards, tickets, memorabilia, and autographs directly to PSA team members. Get expert help face-to-face and submit with confidence.


What You Can Submit

Our in-store PSA Submission Center accepts all PSA services, including:

  • Card Grading
  • Ticket Grading
  • Magazine & Comic Grading
  • Autograph Authentication
  • Memorabilia Authentication
  • Reholdering & Crossover Services
  • And more — all standard PSA submission types are available

All submissions are drop-off only, and every item is securely transported to an official PSA facility for processing. Turnaround times and pricing follow PSA's standard structure, which can be found on PSA's official website.

PSA staff are available inside CardsHQ every day during store hours:

Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

If you already have a PSA account, the process is even quicker — but don't worry, PSA staff can help you create one on-site.


How the Process Works

  1. 1Bring your items to CardsHQ during Submission Center hours.
  2. 2Check in with a PSA team member — they'll walk you through the submission process.
  3. 3Prepare your submission (PSA staff can assist with account setup or selecting service levels).
  4. 4PSA securely transports your items to one of their official facilities.
  5. 5Track your order via your PSA online account.
  6. 6Receive your graded/authenticated items back by mail, just like any standard PSA order.

No. All items are transported to PSA’s grading/authentication facilities. Intake and customer support are handled here in-store by PSA staff.
